All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner.

Orders & Availability
All Orders are subject to availability and acceptance unless stated otherwise. Items that are kept in your shopping cart and not proceeded to checkout are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers if your order was not proceeded.
TheAboveNormal has not reviewed all the products in the website. Therefore, we are not responsible for their usage or content. You are solely responsible for evaluating the products upon your liking.
There are occasions when TheAboveNormal will be working exclusively with certain designers producing exclusive products, or there might be items that will be placed upon order basis. Therefore, in these occasions we will ask for an advance payment that will be required in order to proceed with the order. It will entitle you to an advance purchase which ensures that you receive this item in priority once designer stock has been delivered to
TheAboveNormal.com and all orders are subject to availability after quality check and production availability.
All are products are available through a shipment contract. TheAboveNormal will dispatch the items within 24-48 hours of placing the order. The delivery is subject to the logistics company’s. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. The AboveNormal is not responsible of the couriers delay.
Return & Exchange policy :
You can refer to the return and exchange policy section for a detailed description. Items of TheAboveNormal can be returned as long as they are unused. All damaged items that are returned will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
All items returned should be approved prior to its return through the specific means of communication between us and the client. Items that are damaged due to the normal wear and tear will not be accepted.
TheAboveNormal is required to provide you with a flexible easy process to refund or return items.

Cancellation Policy

Gift Subscriptions:
You can subscribe to TheAboveNormal online gift coupon by subscribing to the gifts and purchasing one. Details of the gift will be sent to your email or mailing address. All gift cards can be used to purchase any of our products. They can not be transferred for value or redeem for cash. Gift cards will have an expiry date to it to be stated by TheAboveNormal.

We at TheAboveNormal reserve the right to advertise our suppliers in our website/blog or newsletter subscription.
