The Troll Vase by Menu in Midnight Blue, Mediumis an innovative vase that takes its name from a famous painting by the Norwegian artist Theodor Kittelsen, which depicts a mythological water spirit rising from the dark waters of a forest pond. It started as a study of the properties of glass which exam how the intensity of colour changes depending on the thickness of the material.The result is a trio of wonderfully rounded vessels with an expressive colour way- each vase showcases a a dynamic change of thickness throughout, from the solid coloured base to the thin, transparent and bubble-like top. In three sizes they will make a lovely addition to any home.
